Q: I can't do a pull up/split/put my feet on my head. Can I still take the Intro Course?
A: YES. YES. YES. All of our courses are made to meet you where you are at and challenge you with progressions. We encourage everyone to celebrate all the small successes along the way and dream big about their goals for the future.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Leggings or tight-fitting pants with NO buttons, zippers, or other embellishments (no bare legs) A fitted t-shirt or other sleeved shirt (no tank tops). No other equipment is required. Please be aware of your own personal needs.
Q: What if I can't make a class?
A: No problem, we will credit up to (2) missed classes toward private lessons ($25 discount per private) or will get you safely caught up with the class during your next visit.
Q: Can I have a make up if I get sick or credit it towards the next series?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer this as an option but are happy to credit up to (2) missed classes towards private lessons ($25 discount per private)
Q: What if I am running late to a class?
A: That is ok! We know things happen (like traffic!). Just be sure to warm yourself up before you join in.
Q: I have an injury/health concern, can I still participate?
A: Please consult your medical provider if you have health concerns, if they OK it, we'd love to have you! Please make your instructor aware of any issues you are dealing with.
Q: Where are classes held?
A: Classes are held downstairs at the Aurora Studio Center at 110 Campbell Ave in Downtown Roanoke. Please enter through the Campbell entrance. *Doors open 15 min prior to the beginning of class.
Q:Where should I park?
A: Free street parking is available or you can park in one of the nearby garages. During the day, we recommend parking on Salem Ave, (free 2 hour parking)
Prerequisites: None. These classes are perfect for beginners and first timers. If you have health concerns or carry an excess of 40lbs, please consult your health care provider before signing up.
