Intro to Aerial FAQ

Intro Courses are the perfect place to start your aerial journey. You will be in a small class scheduled on the same day and time every week for 6 weeks and everyone will be introduced to fundamental aerial concepts such as foot locks, inversions and climbing. At the end of the session, you will have developed new strength and confidence that will allow you to progress to higher level classes!

If you have questions or concerns about the physical demands of any of our offerings, please feel free to reach out so we can recommend a plan that ensures your comfort and success in progressing. Aerial is undeniably physically challenging, however we do our best to adapt to individual needs!
